Folger-specific note
Folger copy: Repairs to title affect first 3 letters of "monethes". In green morocco binding with covers panelled and gold tooled with corner ornaments and inside dentelles (F. Bedford); within a case by S.+ S. , London (Sangorski & Sutcliffe).
