Last segment of the letter in Essex's own hand: "This was written yester-night att St Albans butt so ill written as I was fayne to use my mans hand to copy yt out. Excuse the hasty writing and my indisposition after my iorney w[hi]ch keepes me from correcting yt. More leysure may bring forth a worke of more price, though this is all thatt I direct unto you is full of affection and accompanyed w[i]th my best wishes."
